Quick FAQ’s

Billing:

I bill monthly, unless the job is a one-time project, with short build life, and we state that in our contract.

A deposit of 50% of the total estimated project may be required before starting. Hourly rate is $90/hr.

Rush and overtime:

Estimates are based on a reasonable time schedule and may be revised to take into consideration your “Priority Scheduling” requests requiring overtime and weekends. Knowledge of your deadlines is essential to provide an accurate estimate.

If something is completely urgent, it can be completed within your timeline. There may be a 30% rush fee added, depending on our agreement. This looks after the rescheduling of other jobs, and pays the overtime hour fee.

How much does it cost for creative?

How many concepts would you want to see? What is a logo worth to your business? These are all things to take into consideration.

Is it a campaign that needs to say something specific, in a small amount of time and space?

The value is proportional to the value of your brand.

I can offer you suggestions to keep it within your budget. It can be a quick process, or a long one. It depends on what you are looking for, how much illustration is involved. How much customization of fonts are there?

Logos start at $500.00, and can be planned out. The more info I have about a project, the better I can estimate.

Charges:

Fixed rate is by job, and hourly is by time. Most jobs I do are hourly (@$90), with an estimate of time. I have a pretty good idea what time a project will take.

Everything is tracked, so I can let you know where we are at all times within the budget. If you are on a tight budget, I will offer suggestions throughout the process that will keep the project in scope and on time.

You get 100% commitment from me. I care about my clients. My response time is prompt, and I work with the latest in software.

I choose my clients carefully.

How much to build a website?

It varies for every site.

For a brochure website, with creative mockups (and pages set up to those mock ups), will run you about $5,500.00. If you require more design or programming work for your site, I’ll give you an estimate.

There are alternatives, (if you don’t want to spend at least 2k), such as Shopify (if you have a shop), or other self creating sites like WIX or Squarespace.

Don’t forget, once you build a website, it should be maintained and kept up to date, or things may break. Check out my packages for maintenance here. Note, I only maintain sites built by NDA, there are many of reasons for that.
